Zen Bridge is a meditation center based on Soto Zen Buddhist traditions and teachings. Located in Stillwater, MN, our mission is to engage in the practice of meditation, reach out and serve the broader community through meditation instruction and Zen teachings, and to be a welcoming place for people interested in joining a supportive meditation community.
All are welcome. Join us for Meditation Saturday Mornings Saturday sessions are offered in-person at Ascension Episcopal Church 214 3rd St N, Stillwater, MN 55082 and online: ZBC ZOOM LINK You may join us at 7am, 8am, or 8:30am 7:00am - 30-Minute Sitting Meditation, Zen service, Walking meditation 8:00am - 30-Minute Sitting Meditation 8:30 - 9:15am - Dharma Talk or Way-Seeking Mind Talk & Discussion Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday Mornings (Zoom only) Share your morning meditation practice with others with single, 30-minute sessions online. ZBC ZOOM LINK 7:30am - Meditation (30 mins). The room opens at 7:25. The bell to start meditation rings at 7:30. Feel free to join us after 7:30. |
