​Jukai - This Fall's practice period marks the start of a formal way for interested and ready members to deepen their practice and commitment to Zen known as "receiving the precepts".  (You do not need to be involved in Jukai to attend the practice period).  For more information, email: katto@zenbridge.org

7:00am  - 30-Minute Sitting meditation, Zen service, walking meditation 
8:00am -  30-Minute Sitting Meditation
8:30 - 9:15am - Dharma Talk or Way-Seeking Mind Talk

Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday Mornings  (Zoom only)
 Share your morning meditation with others with single, 30-minute sessions online. Zen Bridge Zoom Link
 7:30am -  The Zoom screen opens at 7:25. The bell to start meditation rings at 7:30.

​New to Zen Meditation?
​
We offer an Introduction to Mediation class the first Saturday of the month after the Saturday dharma talk (public talk on Zen Buddhism). The class  is 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. There is no need to register. You are welcome to join us for meditation before the class (no experience required) or just come at 9:30 for the class. It is free and open to all.
